Not because they're doing everything wrong, but because nobody gave them a clear picture of what their body actually needs.

That's what I'm here to change.

 I spent 30 years as a Medical Doctor and Attorney watching traditional medicine play catch-up. Waiting for people to get sick, then reaching for a prescription. I knew a better approach existed and now that's all I focus on.

I help people understand how food, sleep, movement, hydration, and smart supplementation work together to fight inflammation, restore energy, and build a body that stays strong over time. No extreme diets, no complicated programs.

Just practical knowledge you can actually use.

ABOUT ME:

After being trained as both a Medical Doctor and an Attorney, I spent 30 years in the Medical-Legal world, advocating for people who were injured or lacked resources, to obtain the care they needed.

Although I was living and working within the “system,” I always felt that traditional medicine did not serve people very well. Rather than focusing on how to get people healthy, and keep them that way, traditional medicine waits until a person is sick, and then plays a game of “catch up,” offering medications or surgery as a Band-Aid to cover up their health problems.

To me, a better approach is to empower people to take charge of their own health. Provide them the knowledge and resources they need to live a vibrant and active life. Provide their body with the support and nutrition it needs to stay healthy, and not wait for things to fall apart, and then try to catch up.

After 3 decades working in that traditional world of medications and surgeries, I am now focusing my energy on educating people about the many facets of healthy living. Providing the nutrients their bodies need to fight inflammation, aging and disease. Understanding the impact of diet and lifestyle on our health, and sharing that information so that others can make good choices for their own lives. Helping people find the resources they need, so that they can live the healthy, active life they deserve.

Living the Life We Preach

Health isn't just what's on your plate. It's how you spend your days, who you spend them with, and whether you're actually present for any of it. My wife and I spend time on the open water, exploring new places, and staying active in ways that keep us genuinely excited about life.

That kind of freedom doesn't happen by accident. It happens when your health is solid, your energy is real, and you've built habits that hold up even when you're far from your routine.
